• Taking the right photo is an important part of the process of creating a portrait and the following guide will explain how to take the best possible picture.   If you are unsure whether your photo is suitable please feel free to email it to me and I can let you know. Don’t worry if you’re unable to get a perfect photo straight away, it is well worth taking the time and having a few attempts until you are completely happy.
  • I will require a high resolution photo taken with a digital camera.
  • Photos are best taken outside (avoid bright sunlight) or in a well lit room in natural daylight, close to a window and avoiding flash.
  • I will need to be able to see all features and fur/hair clearly when zooming in to the picture.
